The TOPS Knives Filet Knife FIL-01 is a cool fixed knife, designed to fillet fish and meat. Take it with you as you go (fly)fishing, or use it during a BBQ. The blade is made from stainless 154CM steel. Thin and because of the excellent heat treatment very flexible. As such you easily skim over the bones to properly fillet any type of meat or fish.
